What payment methods can I use?

Payment can be made safely and securely with Direct Bank Transfer (depending on your home country also with Pay Now. – Online Bank Transfer), Credit Card, or PayPal.

What’s the leading time of orders?

For regular products, our leading time is 2-3 working days at receipt of your payment. For customization products, the leading time depends on our production line.

What is the FAYSHING hardware production process?

Stamping of raw materials, electroplating, some need to add glue, assembly, full inspection, packaging.

What material are FAYSHING hardware products, can they be made of other materials?

Iron, stainless iron, stainless steel, zinc alloy, aluminum, plastic, etc.

Can you provide samples?

We can provide you with regular samples, and I will help you budget for the express shipping cost and let you know.

How long does a smoke test usually last?

Our conventional products generally pass the salt spray for 8 hours. If you need a higher standard, we can customize it according to your standard, 12 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours, we have done it. It’s just that the standard is different and the price is different.

Yes, we offer branding options to really push your brand or event，But need to pay extra for it.

SHIPPING

How about order process shipping method？

We will find a most suitable shipping method according to the situations.

For bulk orders,we will use the sea shipping way or air shipping if customer request.
For sample and small orders,we will use international express,such as DHL,UPS,FEDEX etc.

RETURNS

What is FAYSHING's return policy?

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Authorization must be obtained prior to returning products. Hardware returned without this authorization will not be accepted. Contact our Sales Department by mail at fayshing@fayshing.com.

Each item is hand packaged and wrapped.

Packed it with soft white paper;

Put into small box or carton, then put into master carton;

Load to pallet if customer request.
